I go to school in California. I am just wondering approximately, how many hours do I need to graduate high school? Also, would babysitting be considered community service? If not, what would be considered community service?

Could anyone please give me an idea about the set of skills which a community development worker must have in order to make community participate in community development project? I was thinking that about communication skills and networking skills but I am not sure. Please help.
